The MSA (MOE Sling Attachment) attaches directly to the MOE Hand Guard, providing a forward sling attachment point for the Magpul MS3 and other clip-in sling systems. Like the RSA the MSA is precision cast steel, and is Melonite finished for wear and corrosion resistance.
